Identification of goals-working with several databases and personal relationships built over 25 year period, we work with their clients to identify their goals for each individual market. 

Analysis of market requirements and strategy creation becomes personalized and tenant specific-We move quickly to analyze and layout a tenants specific market requirements and to identify the optimal target submarkets within that market including targeted intersections, shopping centers and retail corridors, Co-Tenancy, competition mapping, and polygons studies. 

Identify opportunities-we are able to provide tenants with the trade area announces within identified target areas.  Our analysis includes the creation of a trade areas, aerials, demographics, traffic count data, site plans, site photographs, floor plans, tour books and other relevant data centered on the market plan.

Client consultation and prioritization-We evaluate the economic and non-economic considerations of each opportunity and narrow the list of appropriate, actionable actions.

Implementation-based on BCRE’s knowledge of the market in our relationships with that national and local developers and their representatives, we commence negotiations on behalf of our clients for each and every option.  In conclusion, we go over present and final recommendations to the tenant once negotiations are concluded.
Follow-up-after the tenant has approved a final decision, BCRE works closely with the client to ensure execution of the transaction in a timely manner. 

Most importantly, BCRE grew from the history of our retail family business as merchants an understanding of that thinking process his innate to our firm.
