As an Associate on a strong Retail Team, Josh learned this business at CB Richard Ellis, a Fortune 500 Company and Global Leader in Real Estate Services. The Bloom team focuses on developing strategic plans to further retail client and landlord objectives by leveraging sound real estate decision-making from 26 years of experience. Prior to forming Bloom Commercial Real Estate, Josh was a member of the Retail Services Team of four at CB Richard Ellis. Together they work with retailers and owners to cultivate market tactics for their retail format covering acquisition and disposition. They create developments for the marketplace with a group of tenants resulting in land sales and investments. This team provided experience, opportunity, and history for Josh to engage in direct contact with major National Teannts, and prominent Retail Developers. That experience along with Josh’s tenure at Bloom Commercial Real Estate has enabled him to establish strong relationships reaching out to an extensive client base.

Prior to joining CB Richard Ellis in 2006, Mr. Bloom has 9 years of residential real estate experience in the Ramsey Hill Home District, and 3 years retail experience with Dayton Hudson.
